Confidence can be assisted from outside factors, but true confidence comes from good inner game. I suggest Todd’s free course called wINNER GAME.
This isn’t an advertisement. The course is free. Just understand the reason why you’re doubting yourself is because you’re trying hard now and you feel like other guys are better than you. In the past, you probably didn’t care as much so you had less confidence issues.
