I know, that's why I'm asking : what is the risk ? What do you risk by going for it ?
I'm also 5'6 btw. I thought for so long that taller women were unreachable, and now two of my LTRs are taller than me (not by much, but still), and I have absolutely no problem with it.
It's not an issue if it's not an issue for you.
