She's a girl, its socially frowned upon, When and woman goes out to pursue and hit on men. (From what I understand) . so they like, do small non-verbal "clues" for the guy they like, to pursue them. . It's a womans way of saying "hey you're cute, are you going to say hi to me or not. . And if you don't. they assume its a rejection. . I think idk, again I'm not a woma, i wouldn't have a single clue.if that assumption is valid.

Yeah just approach her next time you see her. Firstly, just say a simple opener like “how are you”. Then say something along the lines of “we should work out together sometime” and if she agrees ask her to put her number in your phone. Don’t over complicate things when speaking her just make it straight to the point bro.
