You probably should have made a move when you were alone with her at your house. Also dont text and ask if you can call her, just call her. Dont ask her to let you know when shes not busy to make plans, just ask if shes free on friday. You need to be more assertive. If shes flirting with you and you're tiptoeing around making a move it shows that you are insecure and thats a turnoff.

Either you make a move asap or keep her as a friend. You dont need relationship experience for any of this.
