Say you're curious about something and you ask a fren, he just posts a completely unrelated picture of a cat. He can answer it, and has no reason not, to, he just feels like denying you a reply because he can or because he wants to invite irritation.

You can't agree and amplify this, but you want an answer- what can you do?
