Hey all, I figure I'd share a tid-bit I've recently discovered about myself and the idea of "Personal value" or as RSD like to call it creating "value"

being in a small town PA means there isn't much options but I still go to bars, the gym, work etc. The women I've met and talked to have widely varied but reflecting back I've noticed things I've overlooked, and I'm sure many people here have as well I read it a lot, but how much does a women value you?

For me a girl from my work broke it off with me, I'd still had contact with her because of work, we talk here and there, but months went by she got a BF and I practiced game. I eventually asked to be her "friend" naively thinking she could help me or be "social proof" because she's attractive. While she would respond to my texts fairly quick, it always would be a short conversation with most of her responses being "K" or "thank you" or nothing at all. I would always initiate asking a question or something. This was such a difference when we going out she would call me wanting an attention and we'd have long conversations or text messages. The Value changed. Now we stopped texting/talking because she thought I wanted to get back together with her.

Lesson 1: Just because you were close with someone, who valued you highly at one time, doesn't mean they still do. Move on. Don't waste time.

Do you really want to know who values you, a girl or a friend? Something I've been doing recently.

Don't message or call anyone for a day or two. cut all contact. See who reaches out to YOU. "Hey what you up too" or send you meme's etc. obviously if they reach out REPLY. I don't see this talked about at all, if a friend, girl, or GF does this MAKE SURE to tell them at somepoint "Hey, I appreciate you caring about me, texting me, sending that meme it made my day! whatever" Reaffirm positive behavior.

Lesson 2: Spend you time on people who will want to talk to you. They enjoy your company/conversation. Put your mental capacity and energy towards people.
