This is hard to do using words. Usually if you have to try hard to get the conversation going, the attraction is not there. The best you can do is to maintain value by not being needy.

Words should only be used to set up meetings or keeping yourself on the radar.

There might be examples online of interesting things to say to get the conversation going, but those examples are only going well because the attraction is already there.

Also, in the beginning stages of attraction, trying to do too much with words often leads to misunderstanding and could work against you.
