Are people naturally more attracted to narcissists or at least people with narcissistic traits?

Some people are attracted to narcissists. IME it’s the people with underlying psychological issues. Many more people are attracted to the narcissists who keep their dysfunction under wraps enough that they just appear confident. It’s the confidence that people are actually attracted to.
