Your first response should’ve been “oh god sorry didn’t see your message sooner with so much going on at work/school” followed by talk

If you talked already, when she responds tell her you usually don’t take that long to respond but your weeks been crazy and you haven’t been too connected with your phone

I wouldn't apologize, we all get busy and we all forget from time to time. I would just text her Saturday or Sunday if she doesn't reply let it. If she's truly upset she'll say something about it. There's no need to be apologetic when you've done nothing wrong.
