I would not be surprised that he knows about PUA.

No normal guy would compliment on a makeup. Plus there are lots of push pull. Like your earrings are nice but you have small ears and similar.

You sad you have bf, so this stopped him of asking him out. His tactic is to create strong attraction, and then probably he will ask you out as a friend.
