So this is more a question out of curiosity and less out of getting a girl to sleep with me, but of course there's a story behind.

Hit it off, did not go that well but we both remained friendly and respectful for each other and joked a bit around over text. Ended with a last joke message from her to which I did not reply about 5 days ago. Today I saw that she deleted my number and that sparked my curiosity somehow and then I asked myself: Why do girls delete numbers?

Of course there would be the simple explanation, that she just does not see us communicating in the future, okay I totally get that, no problem. But at least from my own experience most people (men or woman) don't do that just because of the fact, that they are lazy. So because of this I wanted to spark a slight discussion about this. I am not looking for advice in this specific case because I do not want to pursue this in the future but I'd like to understand the thought process a bit more.
