Just ask him out on a date. Men are dumb, you have to be straight up with them or they will never do anything. If he says no you know your a friend, if the answer is yes then cool. It’s a win win scenario unless you don’t ask.

It's a little manipulative technique, implying he should take you on date, but if he does it, it will be his idea
