How you initiate the convo could not matter less. How you carry yourself is what matters. If you're a fit guy who has his shit together and knows what he wants whether it's out of life or out of women, you're ahead of 90% of guys and a catch for any average bar going girl.

At that point it doesn't matter whether you toss a note to her or scream in her ear, you'll have her interest. And if you're a dude who knows who he is and what he wants, you'll make anything work whether there's music blasting in your ear or a crowd of people staring at you.

Personally I just get up close and scream. It's funny not being able to hear each other and a great way to get physically intimate.

Calibrate after each sentence if you're not sure how to process.

"Hi, whatever fluff" if she can't hear you, you get closer. If she still can't hear you and there's no point talking, take her hand and invite her to dance.

If she refuses, drop her hand, smile and stand in front, say something else, see if she invests, etc.
