What's holding you back? Excuse crushing thread

My environment is holding me back. Live in a small town, I go to a local community college with 0 social scene and I’m only there a couple days a week. I barely see women my age. I have a few friends but the couple friends I have I trust.

The girls in my town that went to my HS that stayed local for college too don’t even respond back to my messages. They probably just swipe on tinder and see people that look way better than I do. I go to the gym and workout and have a toned body now but I don’t have a stereotypical movie 6 pack like some people do. I don’t do tinder because I like my confidence and I don’t like the idea of meeting someone new on a fucking app. I also work and have an internship so yes I work on myself, that’s all I practically do.

I transfer to a university next semester and that may be my only hope to finally lose my virginity and even my first kiss. I wish I was more confident in high school because I missed a lot of opportunity there that I don’t have now. I could’ve had at least one girlfriend in high school if I just tried harder and wasn’t such a slave to approach anxiety. If any high schoolers are reading this just fucking approach her. Don’t be a pussy like I was, it gets you no where.

It’s all good though, for me this is basically my training arc. I’m like the anime character that needs to train HARD before going to beat the next villain. That’s where I’m at. Training fucking hard and improving myself.

Call it an excuse, but I call it the consequences for not approaching when I was in high school a couple years ago. It is what it is. But OP if you have any advice I’d love to hear it.
