It really is needed to be nice get a girl. But what also is needed is going outside and like going to place. Heck not even that. Go to meetup subreddit! You sound like a ‘nice guy’ and If you’re so compassionate, etc. As you say, it may not be your personality that is the problem.

im not the most experienced guy myself i can tell you right of the bat, but as a naturally observant person i can in fact say the actual "douche bag" is just insanely hot, but it never lasts.

important part is to distinguish an actual douche bag for some guy you perceive as one

you're just misjudging whats an actual douche-bag move. women do still need compassionate traits, just don't come off as desperate. because for the most part unless you're already a serious 9 or 10 you're not going anywhere being a legitimate douchebag.
