I was curious how RP fits in cultures that don't condone sex before marriage? I have a friend that comes from one of these cultures. He moved to the states when he was young and is pretty RP here. Now that he has gone back to his country of origin he is having much difficulty. I think part of the problem is the amount of effort that he has to spend on a woman for not much in return. He has guaranteed plates when he visits the states. He says the best you can hope for before marriage are hjs and bjs. Women that give it up before marriage are ostracized and you don't want to be caught hanging out with them or else ruin your chances for a legitimate marriage. Is there a place for RP in these types of cultures?
