What attracts girls with more experience?

I know every guy wants virgins and stuff, but I've only been with virgins and what I've learned is that they are curious how other guys are (going home to your girlfriend on top of another man doesn't feel too good), they don't know how to deal with a man so they freak out whenever they don't like something and in my experience never take responsibility, they don't know how to have good sex (duh), and every time it ends it's like I morphed them into this freak which took me a lot of hard work which some other guy is gonna reap the benefits of.

So with that being my reasoning behind it, what attracts girls with experience with dudes? Perhaps a better question would be, what do girls learn what they want from previous relationships?
