She just asked if I care about her at all in a text. Then immediately sent another saying it's, "driving her nuts" not knowing if I care or not.

I have no idea what to say back to this to get off this topic or maybe even try and spin it in my favor. Any advice would be great.

This the third time in two days she's tried to guilt me into saying I really like her, and she's a special snowflake, etc. Right before this she told me she's thinking about not having sex anymore (according to her: I'm only the second guy she's been with), but I told her I want a physical relationship and if she doesn't, we won't work out. Then she sends me these texts.
