I like how you provided a cringey example but for the attractive part you're just like ~"ya dude just be cool, charismatic and charming" as if that's not what everyone's already trying to do.

You have a glimmer of truth there. A guy who's cool tends to be poised and confident. That's attractive.

Going up to a girl and asking her for her snap is cool if you can act cool and confident. I do it all the time and women respond positively.
