A few other tips I could add to make your upwards trajectory greater: - Get 7-9 hours sleep EVERY night - Cut out the sugar from your diet (or at least most of it) - Start intermittent fasting everyday (12+ hours) - Have cold showers - Stop masturbating and watching porn (or at least heavily decrease it) - Stop avoiding social events and conversations (after coronavirus)

I love how guys can share honest helpful advice with one another without getting slammed!

If you went on a female positive sub-reddit site and said to the invisible 16yo girl " you will be more visible to guys if you" go to the Gym, eat healthy, cut out sugar, dress well. you would get slammed to the basement.

I glide across Reddit and no longer respond to advice to females, because it can't spin it an an acceptable format to be helpful. The body positive movement might be great for your self esteem, but no one knows what a great guy/gal you are from across the room. You need a hook, so people can converse with you and learn that you are more than arms that look good in a short sleeve shirt.

I am a salesman, good talker, extroverted, a healthy weight, moderately handsome and I would have only gotten two dates in my life if i hadn't stepped up my game and asked girls out. Upon reflection the two dates I would have gotten might not even have happened, the girls were tripping over themselves making it known they were interested in me but neither time did they say " we should go out sometime" so in theory if I was just living in my head that day thinking about work or whatever i may have even missed that?

we should all work on ourselves for ourselves, but there is a biological dimension to dating, deep down in our caveman brain both sexes are looking for a healthy mate. Use this biology to your advantage.

For me this sounds like an advertisement. I dont really think that working out is changing that much. Ofc it can be helpful but there are alot of other things you have to check first
