Also curious!!! It was awesome. WTH? Is there a way to ask a MOD for an explanation

First of all, great post! And I can only agree on what you said, just go out and have fun! While I'm not a club person (mostly because I don't like the techno music) I went out with some friends of mine when the club played music I really enjoyed (80's/90's/00's) and I was just feeling it and having fun. That was like the first time I went to a proper club and it was also the first time that I got approached by a very attractive lady. Not much came off it but it showed that as long as you are genuinely having fun, good things will happen I guess

I been learning a lot since I formally started this journey in August 2019..
I just wanted to say that have an strong frame and have fun it's practically all that you need.

That is the gist of it, the purpose of this guide is to eleborate on that.
To someone who isn't in the know, what is having "a strong frame" or "fun"? Why? How?
With this, and giving a small backstory from my life, I hope it would serve as a way to make it easier to understand. Every day, there are plenty of posts asking for help, and many of those just need to work on themselves.
It's great you understand the importance of improving yourself, keep it up, and I wish you all the best on your journey!

Great insights and thanks for sharing. Do you have any resources books/mentoring in particular that you will recommend.

To improve yourself, I would say RSD Tyler on YouTube has a lot of inspirational videos. A lot. And they are all for free. But like the section I just added, there is no panacea that solves all problems for everyone.
It's your responsiblity to understand yourself, and then figure out what works for you, within your abilities and perhaps, morals. All the best on your journey of self-discovery and improvement!
I didn't expect this to blow up as much as it did, especially when I forgot perhaps the most important section, which has now been added in. I hope this gives you a bit of insight as to why these points, and why they are important.
I'm no PUA or master in the arts, as to a certain degree, I'm happy with my abilities now. Talking to new women, enjoying the process to get to know those worth getting to know and the constant strive to making the most of my life and what precious time I have.
I may continue to add on to this post as and when I think of new points, in the mean time, make the most of your time!
And thank you guys for the upvotes!
