I have zero experience hitting up a coworker but this is happenning to me but since I still see her on the weekends I'm slowly flirting & flirting more with her. Even tho she gives me all of the choosing signals we haven't hanged out but it's because I haven't built enough sexual attraction since I was treating her the same way I treat everyone else at work.

Tell her that you wanna see her e.g. "I want to see you so let's catch a vibe at 8pm on Wednesday night, let me know when you are here". Unless you are really strict about social distancing then just cut contact if the conversations aren't leading anywhere.

Girls don’t invest as fast and this covid is a weird time for everyone mentally and financially. Be busy and productive and reply to her when you’re ready. Since everyone is at home post a story on whatever she follows you on if you doing something interesting before you text her back

I would stop replying altogether. Maybe 6 months down the road or something you can get it rolling again. For now at least she sees you as a quick hit of validation whenever she needs it, you need to change that perception.
