You can find good looking women in a lot of different places. It depends more on what sorts of activities you're into, and what your type is.

Can't tell you from personal experience but I am led to believe that there are many in the Ukraine. Apparently Scandinavia and the Baltic states are supposed to be a hotbed for attractive women too.

What I can tell you from personal experience as someone who has been a lifelong UK citizen is that here in the UK I would estimate that around 5% of women are attractive. Comparatively I have seen numerous attractive women in the Hesse region of Germany.
