Of all the pitfalls of dating and meeting women that blue-pillers routinely find themselves entrapped in, I have found my biggest personal challenge to be proving to myself that the concept of "the one" does not and will not exist. This was, at first, challenging, as both game subs and this one advocate desire over desperation, and I had usually only desired one women at any given time.

If you're like me ~a year ago, young and infatuated with one specific ho, then go ahead and try the CostOfSpartan Method™, listed below.

1. Ignore the object of your "one-itis"- This is the most important step, and only by completing it can you successfully execute the ensuing ones. One-itis usually produces a feeling of "I need _________ to be happy", with the blank representing the girl's name. By ignoring her outright, as in, blocking her from your thoughts, focusing on something else, keeping interaction to a minimum while still maintaining frame, you then prove to yourself that you do NOT need that specific woman to feel good. N.B. if you still have feelings for them, admit that you do, then examine how unrealistic and, well, bullshit that they are.

2. Be mindful of the decisions you make the rest of the day- This helps reinforce the characteristic abundance mindset, by showing yourself that you are better than just one woman's opinion, and that you're probably making better life choices than she is right now.

3. Get with girls you're not particularly interested in- The benefits of this maneuver are twofold; one, you increase your SMV by associating yourself with other girls. Two, you'll probably find out that they're a lot like the girl you were chasing, because some part of you was interested enough to at least talk to them/bang them. This proves to be an eye-opener to even the most obsessed beta, that there's always another bang if you keep your eyes open, and they're probably better than the one you were drooling over.

Thoughts? Comments? Tell me what you think of the method, it's worked wonders for me.
