By being in one's mind, theorizing about the current situation, one loses presence in any interaction. Women will just say what's on their mind without any deeper thinking while one grinds every word through a machine of pu theory. Don't do that. Try to be present. Theory more often hurts than it helps.
Desensitize yourself with social freedom exercises: (only do it in a somewhat big city) E.g. go to a popular square where many people can see you. Dance and wave your hands around in a crazy way til you stop caring. At the beginning people will force their frame on you "somethings wrong with him" - but soon there'll be a turning point, in which you are in your own bubble doing your thing. If you do such things a couple of times, you will have carry over to your normal interactions because this reference experience will stay within you on a deeper level.
It also comes down to willpower: Start lifting weights! It forces you to literally and metaphorically to hold your frame - "I will do one more rep!"
