If you are LTR'd up with a woman, having your exes around will make her uncomfortable and insecure. Further, men are led by their dicks. When we work hard at it, we can try not to make stupid decisions, but if you keep them around, sooner or later you're going to trip and fall and accidentally stick your dick in your ex, even though you are perfectly happy with your current relationship, just because you CAN.

If fact, if your ex is a cunt, she might be trying to DO this just to fuck up your current relationship.

I'd spin them. Go no contact face-to-face. No hanging out. No lunches, no drinks "for old times's sake" or "just as friends." But keep them on Facebook (or whatever your social media thing is) and say "hey" or "like" a picture no more than once a month or so. Maintain a tenuous contact, so that if your current LTR breaks up, you have the option of reopening contact and plating them.
