If it isn't a super serious job where workplace relations would be an issue, then just go for it? You established the chemistry is there and she is giving signs of attraction so it sounds pretty low risk to me

Would you say that I should wait for one of the social gathering parties that my work throws, or just go for it anytime I get the chance? Should I plainly ask her out, or just suggest that we go hangout somewhere?
I’ve really never done this. I’ve never had to initiated an approach with someone, and I don’t want to wait for her to imply that I should ask her out, because she just might never and our chemistry will just fade.
