This is an amazing place for guidance and clarity, which are both things that we all struggle with every now and then. But there’s a pattern here that I believe we can improve.

We are overthinking and over complicating things. Maybe we should go back to the basics and keep it simple?

“How can I tell...?”, “how do I...?”, “what’s the best way to...?” or “why is she...?” are some of the most common questions and struggles here and with the guys that I’ve helped.

They want a “how to” guide with a step-by-step explanation of how you succeed. They are looking for the secret techniques and tricks to help them out there, but they are all missing the same more obvious answer.

Almost all of these problems, are a product of guys that are overthinking, have insecurities or a fear of rejection.

The real advice that they need is: “you need to work on yourself, and that takes time and effort.”

There is nothing wrong with getting specific advice on things like openers, IOIs etc etc, but I’ve found that these 3 simple steps can accomplish so much more.

  1. Keep it simple and don’t overthink everything.

  2. Be confident and proud of what you’ve got to offer.

  3. Learn to be ok with failure and rejections.

You need to keep it simple. You over analyzing everything is only going to make you question everything instead of just going with the flow. You will question if you should approach a girl, you will question if her signals of interest are real and eventually you will start to question yourself and your own abilities. This will hurt your self esteem and your results with the opposite sex.

You need to be proud of yourself. Since this is how you build your self esteem. You need to have a urge to improve yourself even further and to feel the sense of accomplishment that you deserve to have in your life. Never undersell yourself, instead know your true value.

You need to stop fearing failure. The only way to achieve improvement is by pushing yourself to do things you haven’t before. And guess what, that means that there’s a big chance that you will fail a couple of times before you succeed!

Failure is not a bad thing, it means that you are challenging yourself and that you are improving. People that never fail have never tried something that’s hard, they have only played it safe their entire life.

So brother, decide yourself what kind of man that you want to be and what kind of life that you deserve. Start there and the most other questions and issues that you are currently experiencing will just work themself out for you.
