I barely know this chick, but i do like her. Last time we were together was a couple weeks ago. She is the 'free spirit' type, so i want to feel her out before anything, IF anything were to ever advance.

I haven't talked to her in a while, i did tell her there was an event coming up in my town that she could come to. She did not respond. No biggie. We aren't really on a texting daily sort of thing.

So this dude that i knew from high school, but haven't spoken to for about 5 years hits me up on facebook saying some BS about how her and i got into an argument and i shouldn't yell at his friend. We did argue one night while drunk, the last time i saw her, but it was no big deal really. I was being an idiot and apologized that same night and the next day.

I sent her a text basically saying i don't need the drama of some dude talkin shit. Thinking of course she put him up to it. And i told her i deleted her off FB and her number.

She responded with something along the lines of "I don't know why the fuck he would ever say anything. I never put him up to it. I just yelled at him because of it, I'm livid about this. We (referring to her and I) don't even really know each other this is annoying. This is why i try to keep to myself."

I said I don't know why he messaged me or what was said, but i don't need this shit either.

She said basically said the same thing about how she just yelled at him for putting his 2 cents in.

I haven't responded

My question is: Should i respond? Or should i just be done with it? It really is quite early, and we've only seen eachother a couple times. But again i do like her. But i feel like this early in the game having this drama already might be a red flag.

EDIT: Her last text said 'Im sorry. I honestly do hate drama, this is why i stick to myself. I can't believe this.'
