Lead the conversation. You can't lead the conversation if you don't have a basic framework for how you want the date to go.

Usually it's good to start with banter/teasing at first. Notice a few things. Maybe comment on her camera quality, her outfit, her smile, her energy, basically just "read the room." Then go into the key points that you personally care about i.e. her hobbies, past relationship, her etc. Ask a few open ended questions, and tease in between so you don't sound like an interviewer.

Many people make the mistake of going too formal and not tease and some make the mistake of just bullshitting the entire time and not getting anywhere. There needs to be a balance.

I mentioned you need to lead the conversation earlier. You can't be the only one talking. If she still hasn't asked any questions at this point invite her to ask some questions.

After that read the room again. See how she is acting then call it out whether it's good or bad. There is a whole list of things that I go through naturally, but that should help you out for this first date. Goodluck keep it simple. If you have to remember one thing, it's to listen.
