I think she has a boyfriend. My guess is that she either wants to cheat on him, leave him for another guy, or she just loves to flirt with other guys for ego validation and because she thinks it's fun.

In either case, it's a red flag for a potential serious relationship with her. If you end up together she will likely continue acting like this and flirt with other guys.

Personally, I avoid girls like this as I think they're bad news.

I know a girl like this who has a boyfriend and doesn’t act like it. She’s overly sexual with most guys and very touchy feely but It’s just her personality to flirt

Why do you care? She has slept with multiple guys in these 2 months and hasn't slept with you, so she is not interested, sorry.

It's very unlikely a girl lies about having a boyfriend unless she was approached in a creepy way where she believed that saying she wasn't interested wouldn't be effective.

Just because a girl has a bf doesn't mean she wouldn't be interested in other guys. Problems start only if you actually act on it, then all the guilt and shame and what else go through her head.

Had this experience with a girl myself. She was in an LDR. I stated that I don't believe in LDRs, that the lack of physical proximity makes at some point either of the partners dissatisfied and end it. She said like I might be right with that. We started flirting, cuddling, massaging etc. but when I made a move she took it as if I was exploiting her trust, most probably out of guilt. She called and told her bf a day later. He ended the LDR on the phone call, saying she always was that flirtatious with men and it was just a question of time until something like that would happen. So in her eyes I ruined her LDR. We didn't talk for nearly a year but recently I've met her again. We'll see.

Honestly it just looks like your window of opportunity is gone. But you'll only know certainty if you actually tried something.
