Then she asks what you do on a weekend. First of all, if you qualify her then be prepared to answer the same question.

So you:

Get out. So you never get out during a weekday? Get out where? Pub, bar? Grocery shop?
Click photos? If you are a photographer then say, I go take photos of birds, animals or whatever. Be specific.
Meet friends. You don't have to say "If any are around". Of course, you won't be able to meet them if they are not around, it is implicit.

She ghosted you cause you were communicating like 5 years old child.
