Invite her out to do something fun with you. Make sure it is just the two of you, no group outings. Avoid dinner dates or movies early on, they are awkward as hell for the first date. Mini-golf or just feeding the ducks at the park is always a good one.

If she likes you then you wont have to work hard for it because she will probably jump at whatever you suggest. If she drags her feet she probably isn't interested and you are on the express track to the friend zone. This goes for any woman. If she drags her feet, makes excuses it's best to just cut bait on move on.

When you are on the date, stand close to her, touch her lightly on the arm when you talk to her. If she likes you she will either move in closer to you when you touch her and or touch you back. If she moves away then you are probably barking up the wrong tree. The important thing to remember is that if a girl likes you she will make it easy for you to move things along as long as you are not trying to make it too sexual too fast but it will be on you to make the first move because most girls even if they like you wont do it.
