I think things will always be complicated because the daughter has shown interest in you. Let's say you keep seeing the mom and it turns into something long-term -- you cannot shake off the weird connection the daughter has for you.

If you are just having sex with the mom. Then hey man, go for it. The daughter is legal.

She walked into the room when you and the mom were having sex. And it does not look like the mom freaked out.

Of course, always do what you strongly believe is right. If you do anything and you will regret it, then just walk away from this whole situation.
