Let her go, she's expressing her disinterest. If she was interested, she would at least recommend a day when she's free.

You asked her twice and she basically rejected you politely, if she was really interested she would have said something along the lines “oh im busy this Friday but we can meet up on x day” but yet again this is based on what i have read she may be interested in you but wanting you go to that extra step. To cut to the chase next time you ask her out just say lets go out do ......(activity) on ......(day) at ..... (time)
