I like chicks at my work but I'm absolutely terrified of the #metoo movement. I'll never make a move unless I'm 100% positive she'll reciprocate. Even then I'll still be reluctant with the idea of things going sour at the back of my mind. It's incredibly risky these days for a man to date in his work environment. You may have zero chance already. Doesn't matter if he likes you, if his career matters to him, you'll be off the table no matter what.

At the very least you need to establish communication outside of the work place.

Brain fog.... maybe quit smoking so much weed?

All you really need to do is cut the bullshit and be direct. Unless you're some kind of dirty nasty hoe, we men like when a chick makes it easy for us because 9/10 of our pursuits are intensely laborious and often end in failure.
