If she keeps responding only with one-word-answers und you can feel that shes not interested then fuck it, move on and dont waste your time

If you’ve made an effort and the other person hasn’t... it may be time to move on. If you let the conversation pause on her “good” comment with no response from you and she never follows up and reaches out... it is definitely time to move on.

First and foremost: Ask questions that spark her interest, catch her attention and require high-investment on her part.
Expect A LOT MORE investment from your part in early interaction. Expect that you will be carrying the conversation at least 80% of the time (or volume). Expect one-word answers. If she is good-looking/popular, she is used to giving a lot of those. You have to keep pushing until you jump-start a bit more investment from her part. As soon as she does, steer it to man-to-woman.
No reason to drop anyone. Push until you can ask for a date/coffee. You have nothing to loose anyway.
if all else fails, explicitly push for more investment (or call her out), like "come on, I asked you how the art-class is, and you respond with just 'good'. Are you even attending? haha! I mean, are YOU enjoying it? how is the teacher? Does it feel different online than in person?"
