This post/comment has been removed because it violates Rule #5: The topic is too broad, has been covered a lot already, or involves the assumption overly limited by race, age, physical limitations/appearance, and/or other inborn external qualities.
Put in some reading & work before asking questions that have been addressed, like: * How do I approach? * How do I get a number? * How do I talk to girls at college? * How/When do I kiss a girl? * Does this really work?
As for the last one, it is an answered question. There have been many posts on physical limitations over the years, including this one. No need to re-ask it.

First, if you have no confidence and you are approaching girls you might be coming off the wrong way. Second, if you are just assuming they won’t like you without giving it a shot then the chick is going to back away because that screams creepy. I’m not saying you are creepy but that your lack of respect for yourself shows. Since the woman doesn’t know you you might be perceived as a threat.
Start working on yourself - you have to like you before anyone else can!!

When a person has no self-confidence or self-esteem it’s evident in their body language. If you are approaching women but are embarrassed by yourself it shows. The problem arises when the woman doesn’t know you and doesn’t know why you are approaching her. She doesn’t get that you are a good guy with self-esteem issues - she sees you as a threat.
The more confidence you have the more it shows in your body language & approach!

Maximize your appearance. Get some nice clothes. Work out and look the best you can. Tru to smell good because that is important as well.
I love in a big city and see ugly guys with decent to attractive looking women all the time. The common theme is these guys don’t dress like shit with their shoulders slumped feeling sorry for themselves.
You can be good looking and end up lonely and sad as well

You have some control over your weight.
Counseling and therapy is the way to go

I gently would suggest a therapist instead of Reddit. It’s like wandering the streets and asking advice, landing with someone like me, not qualified. No telling what you might get.
Better to find someone who has gone to school for the subject, and has more sensitivity to you situation.
Parents in my house would say long ago “suck it up Buttercup.” Advice was, Be kind/nice to people, including yourself. Lastly, be clean, wash and keep yourself up, no one likes dirtiness. That should give a good start, while you find a good therapist.
