I read somewhere that not faping for sometime can help. Constant faping/porn can trick your mind into thinking you've already played the game and scored. Either that or depression can also cause the lack of drive.

I'm gunna assume you watch porn based off nothing more than you are a 20yr single male living in a 1st word country. I highly recommend trying to not. Ultimately if you remove it completely, you may find not only your desire/attraction/connection to real life females skyrocket, but I personally experienced drastically increased levels of motivation in pretty much all facets of life. Maybe it was because once I desired real life women I had a reason to build a life that would attract them. Working out felt like it had a purpose, getting a good job felt worth it.

Let me also clarify that I don't think I had a porn addiction. I'd use it to masturbate 2-4 times/week. Nothing crazy. I didn't realize that was enough to take my drive away until I actually abstained for a few months. My whole world opened up. I'll never go back.

Simply put, quitting porn made everything real in my life suddenly have a purpose.

Are you even sure you are attracted to women in s sexual way? Plenty of other sexual identities out there you could read up on. Don't feel obligated to date because it's what your friends are doing.

It could be a diet thing, do you consume a lot of soy? Processed foods? Might be worth getting your testosterone levels checked.

Might be a good option to just get your feet wet so your not so nervous and you can stop FOMO-ing. Sounds like you're being both really picky and a little desperate. You can't have it both ways. I suggest you hit up that girl you left on read and see if you can salvage it, or start casting that net of online dating, because no girl is going to just walk into your apartment and ask to meet your parents.
