It's funny, we're very very similar.

I also just finished NMMNC and fail to show interest. For me, its mainly physically, so that's where we differ. Also, like you, I was raised in a religious household and have only been with one woman. I've been with a few for BJs, HJs, etc. Always had LTRs and never did any hooking up.

For me, I don't escalate because I don't know for sure if she 'likes me'. Sounds idiotic and very blue pill. I think also another thing holding me back is the sense that I need to be in an official relationship before going full sexual with a girl.

I found the best thing that has helped me over the past few months was going out to bars and clubs where it is acceptable to be sexual and show intent. Approach 20+ women a night. Get numbers. Touch early and touch often. Continue doing this and your mind slowly accepts you can be physically sexual without a relationship.

For you specifically since you say you can be physically sexual, but not verbally, sprinkle in little sexual innuendos. For example, I was texting a girl the other day (actually she hit me up) and this is what went down.

Her: Okay. Sounds like a plan. Ever want to do that martini?

Me: Dirty or cosmo? (didn't know of any, so I just googled... found these, said it. Wasn't thinking sexual)

Her: Guess ;)

Me: I knew you weren't a dull one

Her: Vodka martini, extra dirty 2 olives....

Me: Shaken or stirred? (Should have said "Violently shaken or gentle stirred".... hit send before thinking)

Her: Shaken

Me: I could still teach you a thing or two about mixology

Basically, yes, we were talking about mixing, but really, I think we both know we were really talking about sex. So don't make everything sexual, because that's just creepy, but you can certainly make seemingly non-sexual things sexy through text and in person. Again, don't go overboard on texting. This entire convo lasted all day as I took an hour or so in between each text with her taking about 10-15 minutes.

Here's a perfect example that I did when out for tacos one night.

Setting : Fat bitch, buddy laine, and laurie at a Mexican joint eating cheap tacos and drinking margaritas.

We're chowing away, enjoying drinks and conversing. I was hungry so I devoured my plate. Laurie notices and comments "Wow! You pounded those tacos!" as I'm sipping my drink I look her in the eye firmly place my glass on the table whilst maintaining eye contact

And said, "That's not the only thing I can pound." She blushed and looked bewildered. Fat bitch and laine began to laugh. Through the laughter I heard laurie say under her breathe "I just thought of that, and i liked it..."

It's all about testing the waters, you escalate, see how she reacts and if she's ok with it, then escalate more, if not, back off and try to make her more comfortable with you.

Physical escalation is no rocket science, now what you might need is some guidance on verbal/non-verbal non-physical escalation. I've used the RSD Todd model and seems to be a pretty spot-on concept, you just have to fill the blank spaces with your own personality.

The idea he explains on verbal escalation is that you should escalate in 4 steps IIRC:

You (personal)
Her (personal)
You and her (general)
You and her (personal)

Assuming that in a date you've done your usual "small talk", then you engage in a conversation about you, something personal, like sex, dreams, goals, etc. The next step in the escalation would be talking about something personal about her, next you include both of you as a topic, something indirect or general, like for example comment on feeling comfortable being with her, make sure to literally mention stuff like "the both of us", "we", etc.

Finally the last step would be to talk about both, in a personal way, sexualize, etc. Generally if I make a statement and she just doesn't comment on it, I back off, unless I know she's sort of shy and doesn't talk much, so basically you escalate, see how she reacts if she's comfortable then move to the next step, if not, back to the previous step, never go back to small talk, that just kills the mood big time.

Non-physical, non-verbal escalation to me is just eye contact and face expressions, you should be able to tell when there's too much tension and you should break eye contact or stop looking at her for a while, or laugh/smile normally instead of a "I-wanna-fuck-you" smirk.
