Since men are attracted to youth and younger women always more than they are to older women...would most straight men be more attracted to a young woman with a penis/transgender woman than an older woman? Is a penis less of a turn off than not being youthful is?

I think that depends solely on the person. Not all men are attracted to younger women only and I’m sure some men are only attracted to trans women. Shit, some men are probably only attracted to older trans women. It just depends on the person.

I’m an open minded older cis dude, your question sounds a little like you are hoping that I would rather be with a young trans woman with male genitalia than an old woman. For me, I would not. I would much rather remain alone than be with any woman I am not attracted to. I would never consider dating a trans person regardless of their genitalia because I am not attracted to that. I am not disgusted nor in anyway disturbed by it as an adult but I’m just not interested.
