It’s possible she just isn’t ready to take next steps with you or maybe she has dealt with sexual assault and this is her natural reaction. It could even be something else — like maybe she is insecure with parts of her body, etc.

I think something that could help is talking about this outside of the bedroom. It sounds like the conversations around this have happened in the moment during hooking up. It’s possible that bringing it up in a non sexual interaction and just asking if she wants to talk about it and whether she has dealt with this w previous partners etc could be helpful.
