Not a coincidence but def ask her/text her before calling her and don't just call her out of the blue...she wont receive it if shes unprepared for you to call/might look desperate. Also sound business like on the call...you dont want to be a rebound for validation after the breakup.

This is an interesting question. Well you're going to have to ask anyway because you have to make sure it's still the same number. I'd just ask for it. You might also be overthinking things just go with it
