Maybe skinny fat? Best bet is to train for more muscle mass and strength. Don’t let your love handles get any bigger. Maybe track calories so you are in mild surplus (200-500 cals) for growth. Prioritize protein maybe 1g per pound bw. Shoot for 220-230 pounds bw at 18% body fat. Cut for summer to 15% bf. Hard but doable.
