Some people are naturally flirtatious, you'll find it in both genders. It isn't always conscious, a lot of times it is just the way they interact (light touching, smiling a lot, eye contact, open body language). Don't stress on it.

People are biologically programmed to express liking regardless of whether they want something to happen between the person they're interested in or not.

We either can't help or often not notice when we're showing signs of attraction to someone because its typically something we do unconsciously.

When people decide to be in a committed relationship with someone, its a conscious choice. Attraction is not.

Just because you have a wife, girlfriend, fiancee, whatever doesn't mean you won't be attracted to other people and just because you're attracted to other people doesn't mean you should go cheating on your partner.
