First off hit the space bar after you type a period. So it is easier to read what you write.

Try having a 5-10 minute conversation with the girl and if the conversation goes well invite her to do something fun with you at a the fair. YOU ARE AT A FUCKING FAIR just ask her to go play a game with you and be fun. That's your first date.

You don't need a pickup line ever. You just talk about what is going on around you. Engage them in a normal conversation and then introduce yourself with your name. Invite them to do a fair activity with you after the conversation has been going well for a few minutes.

Eg. "Excuse me did you see that guy juggling fire? That was pretty cool. "
Eg. "Hey did you see where that lady won that giant stuffed dog? I want to win one too so I can walk around awkwardly with one for the rest of the night"
