It depends on context and delivery. If it was in a context where she mentioned your hands, especially if she was teasing you, and you responded in a clowning way about how your hands could do incredible things then it could work if you have good comedic delivery.

If you said it out of the blue, or your comedic delivery was not on point then it would be cringe city.

Nah, not worth it. Totally depends on the delivery. Must be a playful tone and probably both of you should've been comparing hands by then.
