Why do you even need to ask this? Getting beaten up by the boyfriend (if that’s what the man turns out to be) or bounced out of the bar by security is very unlikely in the first place if you’re not lecherous, and is to be considered an unavoidable “cost of doing business” the few times it does happen - you can’t make an omelet without breaking a few eggs. The only way to avoid these risks entirely is online dating, but if you were hot enough to get real matches you wouldn’t be posting here. Also, what time did you arrive at this club? If you came in late, the “boyfriends” could have been men that the girls picked up that same night; arrive earlier and you could be vying for that position.
