It’s a 13 year marriage and I (M39) paid all bills and spouse (F32) took care of house and minor (F5). Spouse and I have been separated for 14 months and she’s been living with minor in Asia. We want to go for agreed divorce and agree on child support and spousal support for 13 years until minor turns 18.

Could we file for agreed divorce in Texas and can spouse sign the divorce form by courier? Does she have to be present in front of judge? What are our options?
