Outside of playing the numbers game hard that results in lucking out every now and then, it just cannot be done. I live in an east coast city loaded with successful Indian guys that work jobs with above average incomes and a lot of the hot blonde types, have never seen the two hook up or date each other. I have seen Indian guys date hot girls of all races but even the attractive white girls they dated were all brunettes with a couple of redheads thrown in, never the blonde and beautiful types.

The hot blonde bimbo types are some of the most shallow, vapid, and racist (against foreign races, they don't mind blacks) women in the entire country. Most hot blondes want to desperately fit into the mainstream American society that puts white, occasionally latin, and black men on the pedestal when it comes to being perceived as cool (Hollywood, music industry, etc.) while showing all other races as being inferior. Almost all hot blondes see anything "foreign" as disgusting and below them, these women literally see other races as beneath them. It does not matter if you are some nerdy immigrant Indian or some handsome Indian guy with Bollywood actor looks, they see you as beneath them. It's not just a preference of where they aren't attracted to you, they literally look down on certain races as being beneath them and not even being human beings. Believe me when I say that these kinds of women are some of the most racist women out there, they consider themselves patriotic and hate foreigners.

I hate to tell you this but the hot blonde American types are some of the most ruthless, sadistic, and cruel women the country has to offer. If you really want to, keep playing the numbers game and after talking to thousands of women like this you may luck out but I would say that being Indian, Middle Eastern, or Pakistani in the USA is a worse handicap than being short, overweight, or poor in the eyes of those women. Just wanted to let you know, these are the kinds of women you are pursuing and that is how they look at you just because of your ethnic appearance and nothing else.

Edit: If it is just the hot blonde looks you're after, maybe you can try your luck with some of the foreign who won't be as racially picky as their American sisters.
